Exchange & Returns Policy
At ONEFIT Sports, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied due to size, color, or model, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order has not arrived, you have 30 days to file a claim.
Return Guidelines
Opened Items
If you have opened the product, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in a saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded if applicable.
Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, it will be processed under our standard return policy, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos highlighting the defect. We will process your claim and arrange for an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. If applicable, shipping costs will be refunded in case of a return.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must include original documentation and a return form specifying the reason for the return.
Items are subject to inspection before credit or a refund is issued.
Hygiene-sensitive items such as groin guards and mouthguards cannot be returned or exchanged once used for hygienic reasons.
