Exchange & Returns Policy
At ONEFIT Sports, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied due to size, color, or model, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order has not arrived, you have 30 days to file a claim.
Return Guidelines
Unopened Items
You may return any unopened products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and will be covered by the customer.
Opened Items
If you have opened the product, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in a saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded if applicable.
Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, it will be processed under our standard return policy, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. However, delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Ordered by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. However, delivery charges will not be refunded and must be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos highlighting the defect. We will process your claim and arrange for an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. If applicable, shipping costs will be refunded in case of a return.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must include original documentation and a return form specifying the reason for the return.
Items are subject to inspection before credit or a refund is issued.
Hygiene-sensitive items such as groin guards and mouthguards cannot be returned or exchanged once used for hygienic reasons.

What is Covered?
Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Defective products will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
Warranty Duration
The Warranty Period is 30 days from the delivery date.
Replacements or parts provided under warranty will carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
What is Not Covered?
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
Normal wear and tear or damage not resulting from material or workmanship defects.
How to Claim Warranty Service?
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team. We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action.
Return Shipping Labels
Free Return Shipping Labels Provided If:
You received a wrong item (photo proof required).
The product arrived in the wrong color (photo proof required).
The product arrived in the wrong size (photo proof required).
The customer canceled but the item was already dispatched.
The product does not match the description (explanation required).
No Free Return Shipping Labels If:
You canceled the order after dispatch.
You wish to return the item due to change of mind.
You ordered the wrong size or color.
You placed the order by mistake.
For heavy items, collection fees will be the customer’s responsibility if the return is due to customer error.
